How to Cancel Your Subscription

All Grafoxi subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytimeβ€”no questions asked.

πŸ“± On iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find and tap Grafoxi
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription
  6. Confirm the cancellation

πŸ€– On Android (Coming Soon)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top right
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions β†’ Subscriptions
  4. Find and tap Grafoxi
  5. Tap Cancel subscription
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions

πŸ“‹ Important Information

βœ… You Keep Access Until Period Ends

When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again.

πŸ’Ύ Your Data is Safe

All your flashcards, progress, and statistics remain saved in your account. If you resubscribe later, everything will still be there.

πŸ”„ Easy to Resubscribe

Changed your mind? You can resubscribe anytime from the app. Your previous settings and preferences will be restored automatically.

πŸ”„ How to Renew or Resubscribe

If you previously canceled and want to come back:

  1. Open the Grafoxi app
  2. Go to Settings β†’ Subscription
  3. Choose your plan (Basic or Premium)
  4. Complete the purchase through the App Store/Google Play
  5. Your Premium features will activate immediately

⬆️ Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

Want to switch between Basic and Premium?

  • To Upgrade: Simply purchase the higher tier in the app. You'll be credited for the unused portion of your current subscription.
  • To Downgrade: Cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the lower tier. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

All billing changes are handled automatically by the App Store/Google Play.

πŸ”“ Restore Purchases

If you purchased a subscription but it's not showing as active:

  1. Open Grafoxi
  2. Go to Settings β†’ Subscription
  3. Tap Restore Purchases
  4. Wait a few seconds for the app to verify with the App Store
