All payments are processed securely through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We never see or store your payment information.

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same day you initially subscribed. For example, if you subscribe on January 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each month.

๐Ÿ”„ Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. You can cancel anytime from your device settings.

๐Ÿงพ Receipts

Receipts are automatically sent to the email associated with your App Store or Google Play account. You can also view your purchase history in the App Store/Google Play app.

๐ŸŒ International Payments

Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region due to exchange rates and local taxes. All payments are processed in your local currency by Apple or Google.

All purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds are handled according to their policies:

  • iOS: Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Android: Request a refund through the Google Play Store app or website
  • Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of approval

โ— Common Payment Issues

Payment Declined

Check that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. Update your payment information in the App Store/Google Play settings.

Charged but No Access

Try "Restore Purchases" in the app settings. If that doesn't work, contact support with your receipt.

Unexpected Charge

Check your subscription status in device settings. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date.
