Importing flashcards is easy! You can import from CSV files, Anki decks, or other popular formats. Here's how:

1. Prepare your file in CSV format with columns for Front, Back, and optionally Transcription
2. Transfer the file to your device (email, cloud storage, or USB)
3. Open Grafoxi and navigate to your deck
4. Tap "Import" and select your file
5. Review the preview and confirm the import

No, you don't need to control the process! That's the beauty of the FSRS algorithm—it does all the scheduling for you.

Simply open Grafoxi each day and review the cards it presents. The algorithm has calculated the optimal time for each review based on your memory patterns. You don't need to decide what to study or when—just follow the app's guidance.

All you need to do is be honest with yourself when rating how well you remembered each card. The algorithm learns from your responses and continuously optimizes your schedule.

No problem! You can "unfreeze" or reset any card at any time. Here's how:

1. Go to your card list or deck view
2. Find the card you want to review again
3. Tap the menu (three dots) next to the card
4. Select "Reset Progress" or "Unfreeze"

The card will be added back to your review queue and scheduled appropriately. It's better to be honest about your knowledge—the algorithm works best when you give it accurate feedback.

Ideally, review daily! The FSRS algorithm schedules cards to appear right before you're about to forget them. If you skip days, cards will pile up and you might forget material you've already learned.

That said, life happens. If you miss a day or two, don't worry—just pick up where you left off. The algorithm adjusts to your actual performance, so it will reschedule cards based on how well you remember them when you return.

Welcome! Here's the best way to start:

1. Download the app and create your account (free to start)
2. Choose your target language in the settings
3. Start with a pre-made deck (coming soon) or use AI to generate a beginner deck (Premium feature)
4. Alternatively, create 10-20 basic cards manually with common words like "hello," "thank you," "yes," "no," etc.
5. Review daily and let the FSRS algorithm guide your learning

Don't overwhelm yourself with too many cards at once. Start small, build the habit, then gradually add more as you get comfortable.

There are two ways to add audio:

1. Automatic Text-to-Speech (Basic/Premium):

• When creating or editing a card, enable the "Auto-pronounce" option
• Grafoxi will automatically generate pronunciation using AI voices
• Premium users get access to more natural, high-quality voices

2. Record Your Own Voice:

• Tap the microphone icon when editing a card
• Record yourself or a native speaker
• The audio will be attached to that specific card

All subscriptions are managed through the App Store (or Google Play for Android users). To cancel:

On iPhone/iPad:

1. Open Settings app
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find Grafoxi and tap it
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked, no hassle. You can resubscribe anytime and your data will still be there.
