Refund Policy

Transparent and fair refund guidelines for our users.

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with Grafoxi. If you're not happy with your premium subscription, we offer options for refunds depending on the platform where the purchase was made.

2. Trial Period

Many of our premium plans come with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, you will not be charged. Please cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

3. iOS Subscriptions (App Store)

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, all refunds are handled directly by Apple. We do not have the technical ability to issue refunds for App Store purchases.

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Choose "Request a refund" and follow the instructions.

4. Android Subscriptions (Google Play)

For Google Play Store purchases, you can request a refund through the Google Play Store interface if the purchase was made less than 48 hours ago. After 48 hours, please contact our support team.

5. Cases for Refund

We generally grant refund requests for the following reasons:

  • Accidental duplicate purchases.
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the premium features (if our support team cannot fix them).
  • Unauthorized charges (after verification).

6. Exceptions

We do not typically issue refunds for:

  • Subscriptions that have been active and used for a significant portion of the billing period.
  • Users who have violated our Terms of Use.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the charge occurred.
