We want you to be completely satisfied with Grafoxi. If you're not happy with your premium subscription, we offer options for refunds depending on the platform where the purchase was made.
Many of our premium plans come with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, you will not be charged. Please cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, all refunds are handled directly by Apple. We do not have the technical ability to issue refunds for App Store purchases.
For Google Play Store purchases, you can request a refund through the Google Play Store interface if the purchase was made less than 48 hours ago. After 48 hours, please contact our support team.
